So we stayed here for 2 years strait and I can honestly say this is the best service we have ever received somewhere. All the lady’s here treated my wife, son, and myself like family. We had several opportunities to rent a house or apartment but never once thought about renting one. From the day we checked in to the day we checked out the love and care we received at this hotel is something we will remember forever. The rooms are nice, quiet, super clean, an amazing pool, good breakfast, and so much more. We love Riverside hotel and will forever be grateful for the 2 years we got to spend there. Weather it’s business or pleasure or both we will go out of our way to stay here again anytime we’re in south Louisianna.

This was the cleanest place I’ve stayed. The rooms were very neat and clean along with the hotel. Yes it is an older hotel but you will not be disappointed. The cleaning ladies were very nice and were very good at their jobs. This is definitely the diamond in the rough.

The room, lobby and the parking lot was clean. The staff here is Amazing; I wish I could remember everyone names. From the receptionist we met on the 1st night, to Mrs. Tammy, the cleaning crew, and the super mom receptionist that gave me a hug as I was leaving. I love them all and thank you for making my daughter & I feel welcome. I'll be back!

This place was amazing. My son quickly needed a hotel to be close to the Air Force Base and from start to finish they were accommodating. They waived their 21 year old policy for a military member. And when he was stuck at drill, they let him have a really late check out to come back and get his stuff without charging us. My son said the room was super clean and he loved the location.

Me and my wife stayed here for an evening. Apparently we stayed in one of the recently renovated rooms. Very clean, very nice. Bed was extremely comfy, new PTAC unit worked quite well. Television, WiFi, and quite an acceptable breakfast (biscuits to heat up, cereal, pop tarts, and so forth.) Quite a nice place at a good price point, highly recommend.

Great location with plenty of restaurants near by. Quiet neighborhood even though it's located next to a busy street. Rooms were good and also served breakfast.

Great customer service! Teresa was super friendly and helpful. Nice, clean rooms. Clean lobby. Clean kitchen. Friendly staff. Well pleased with the stay over the weekend. Definitely will stay again. It’s right across the street from the Belle Chase Ferry.

We had an AMAZING stay last night at the Riverside Hotel. The rooms are beautifully remodeled and were very clean and quiet. Sherri at the front desk was so nice and friendly, she made us feel welcome and right at home. We travel a lot and look forward to staying at the Riverside Hotel again! Thank you for the wonderful night rest! ❤️

We recently stayed here and were very impressed with the service, updates, cleanliness and pricing. This place is run with exceptional & friendly staff that treat you like a neighbor. Sherri and everyone else that was forward facing to the customer were beyond helpful. Sherri even went out of her way to get "extra large" bandages for our son after he scraped up his leg on at a running event. Perfect, quiet place to stay if you are heading to the cruise port. We will be back when we cruise out of NOLA again!
